Do you have any information on the slipcased or traycased versions of Faithful? Curious why that one isn’t on this site anywhere. I see them for sale once in awhile on eBay and it got my curiosity moving. Thanks!

To be honest - as it was co-authored, non-fiction, and I get less than one question per year about it - it just seemed far enough off the core series of books that I never put it up. After seeing the comment I checked over on tdt.org to see how they're handling it (not that we have to be in sync 100% of the time but it's nice to be consistent on certain things) looks like there's an entry for the 1st edition but not the limited.

How about this, if I can get 5 individual requests here for info pages I'll add it to my to-do list.

The CD limited editions are not signed by King, so they are not listed on tdt.org list of King signed limiteds. I never bought them because they are not signed.
