and was wondering what's on the top of the DT... Is it a clock ? Sauron's eye ?
I've read the books some times ago and I don't remember anything about that detail. Can someone enlighten me ?thanks

I was looking at alan clar's image

I would guess it represents the eye of the Crimson King. Just a guess, though.
