I ran across an edition of 'Salem's Lot the has the following on the inside flap of the dust jacket:
- price of $18.95
- (Publisher's Price Higher in Canada) under the price
Certainly a later printing, but is there such a thing as a Canadian edition?
Curious.
Regards,
Cam

I've seen lots of books with US and Canada prices on the DJ.

Yep, I'm not sure if there's a Canadian printing per se (that the book was printed in Canada) more likley that the book was printed in the USA with the market for that printing being both the USA and Canada, so the DJ price lists both (as the Canadian dollar is slightly weaker than the American dollar). That way the publisher doesn't need to print two separate dust jackets.
