I have a copy of Dolores Claiborne that is closer to < 6” x 9.5” instead of the 6.25” x 9.5” commonly noted. It has all other first edition points (DJ price, number line, “First Published in 1993 by Viking Penguin")...
It is about a quarter of an inch narrower than the first editions of Gerald’s Game and Nightmare and Dreamscapes on either side of it in my bookcase.
It also shows 0193 code and £14.99 (export only) price on the bottom of the front DJ flapjack, which I have seen elsewhere but haven't been able to confirm as first edition marks.
Has anyone else noticed this size discrepancy, or is this possibly a later edition or BCE that included pricing on the jacket?

You have a US printed edition with a UK export dust jacket. US editions are slightly smaller than UK ones. The DJ tells you it is an export copy.

Re: Dolores Claiborne First Edition - Book Dimensions
Hello all I also would like clarification of this edition. Does this edition still count as a first and have the same value? I have searched the forum and it has been left open ended with no answer. Thank you

Re: Dolores Claiborne First Edition - Book Dimensions
The book is a US first edition. However, without the US first edition jacket, the value is about $10. With a US first jacket, the value will be between $15 & $20 (as long as it's in fine condition). The book holds value to completists, but not to most collectors due to the very large number of first prints released.
