I have been reading SK books since the early 80s and unfortunately over the years lost, ruined, threw out many of my original HC books.
I recently started collecting HC 1st versions again (Currently 11).
My most prized is a signed 1st edition Revival.
I was looking for suggestions on best ways to protect it, I have seen talk of cover and stuff and have never used or bought one for any books that I have had.
Any suggestions or pointers are much appreciated.

There are different makers and suppliers. I know of this one:

and others made by Brodart.

There are also folks who sell custom slip cases and traycases for specific books.
Here is an example of some of these products:

Excellent video and thanks for the plug Ben
I don't make cases for Revival, but I certainly second the idea that you should put a Brodart archival cover on all your SK books. I use these

If you are looking for a one off custom case for your book I'd recommend Dick Olson at https://www.bookslipcase.com/ he's great to work with and you can see examples of his work on the site.

Just an FYI about Dick Olson. I messaged him last week to get a custom made case and he no longer does custom ones. He said his hands give him trouble. My loss for sure!

That sucks, I'm sorry to hear it. It's been a while since we've talked I'll have to reach out and say hello.
