Hey folks,
Hope someone can shed some information on this. I know without a price on a DJ, it is not a 1st/1st. That said, I have two copies of Christine. One fully qualifying to be a 1st / 1st. The other almost hits the mark apart from a price of $20.95 on the DJ.
Anyone seen this? The books are the expected size as well.

Re: Strange price on DJ for Christine.
A first edition Christine will have $16.95 printed on the jacket and of course the normal copyright page info for a first. It sounds like you have a later printing jacket on the copy you're asking about.
Could a later printed jacket end up on a first edition? Sure. Someone could easily take a better looking jacket and place it on a first but not realize the price on a first edition jacket is important.
If the copy you're talking about doesn't have the first edition indicators on the copyright page, it sounds like a later printing of Christine.
Hope this helps

Re: Strange price on DJ for Christine.
Thanks for the reply. It could be a later printing of a dust jacket. It is just odd to actually still have a real price on it. With a $ no less.
The book itself has the first edition indicators, just a screwy price on the DJ. Odd.
