"On Writing" Signed (paperback) for Sale

I have a very nice paperback of Stephen King's book, "On Writing": First Pocket Books trade paperback printing June 2001. First edition number line sequence. The signature is in blue ink on the inside title page. The book is in as new condition...does not appear to have been read...I've not read it. I'm told it's value is about $350, so I'm asking $300.
