I'm still looking for the trade US and UK proofs.

John
There's a waterstone's edition, seperate from the WH Smith edition? Do you have details on that one?

I'll post pics of all five when my 700-copy arrives. The Waterstones edition has purple lettering and an extra "Author's Note" at the front of the book. They are definitely different books. I've not seen the Waterstones edition on eBay, though there are a number of the WH Smith ones there.

That would be great, I'll need to add a line to the UK limited edition page for it.

Hi

I have also seen 5 different editions of the UK Doctor Sleep

1) The trade first edition with Green Lettering on Cover.
2) Waterstones Edition - identical to the Green lettered trade edition except with Author's Note as first page of book after ffep and sticker on dust jacket stating 'Includes an author note from Stephen King exclusive to Waterstones.' However, I have seen this book for sale in Asda but without the sticker.
3) WHSmith Edition - identical to the trade edition except Exclusive Limited Edition Cover in Purple lettering and Sticker on Dustjacket stating 'Collector's edition exclusive to WHSmith'
4) Collector Slipcased Edition of 700 copies with exclusive print
5) Signed slipcased Edition of 200 copies with exclusive print

Not really a new item (I've had it for a while) but very neat!

The (almost) mythical F&G for Grant's Gunslinger:

I don't quite know how to answer that. It was offered to me and I grabbed it, with the promise that I wouldn't divulge the seller. I've had it for almost a year and a half. I've never seen another anywhere.
