I'm glad you got them. I am still waiting VERY patiently for mine. Absolutely NOTHING in the mail today, not even junk mail.

John, is there any additional content (forward, illustrations etc) that is in the S/L that is not included in the AE? or is the difference just binding, paper, sig, traycase etc?

I haven't had a good chance to compare them, but so far the only differences I've noticed is what you describe, plus the limitation/signature page. If I come across any more, I'll post them.
