I don't know, Second. Mine is sealed. The black flap on the left seems to be lightly glued. It's pretty secure in the binding too, but I can see the perf lines where it could be removed.

I am now confused. I have the same slipcase, but the endpapers of my book are black, and the DVD is in a sleeve attached as I stated. There is NO envelope with the photos on it like you have. What's going on here? Two 'states' of the same book. It DOES have the facsimile King signature.

I get it now. I wrote:

I was talking about the US limited. I haven't opened the UK's shrinkwrap yet.
Did you get an order on one of the US ones?

I didn't even know there was a US limited of this with the DVD. I wrote to PS Publishing who said the UK edition was upped from 500 to 700 copies, was issued without a dust jacket and was supposed to be the only state of this particular edition. PS ordered spare dust wrappers and put them on their books, that's why the shrinkwrap was partly open. So I do not have the US DVD edition OR the Simon & Schuster signed edition (yet). Even when I know months in advance these books are coming out I still can't seem to get a handle on ordering them. Oh well.

To clarify the above; I think I was confusing myself. The signed S&S book comes with a DVD. I don't think there is a separate US edition with the DVD. So, there is the 850 signed S&S edition with the DVD, there is the UK facsimile signed edition with the DVD, there are the US and UK trade hardcovers.

A&E has published a promotional hardcover book for their upcoming miniseries of King's Bag of Bones entitled Dark Score Stories. 250 copies have been printed of this over-sized book. I got my copy today.

All pictures have been trimmed due to the size of my scanner.

And the additional publications page at the back of the book (Note the publishing house. Look familiar?):

Seriously, I've developed contacts all over the world who are able to get items for me. This has taken me quite a while.
