That's quite a list!
There were two different Blockade Billy proofs done by CD. The more common (but still scarce) has the color cover, with about 60 done. The much more rare is the one with the white cover, which had only 16 done.
The Secretary of Dreams V.1 shows up occasionally on eBay, etc.
The It proof from CD only had 10-12 copies done. I've never seen it offered over the secondary market, but it just came out a week or so ago.
Both the US and UK Under the Dome proofs are pretty scarce also. I'm not really sure how many US copies were done. There were 200 numbered copies of the UK proof done. It was issued with a plastic case. I've seen some copies offered without the case, but to be a completist, you should look for one with the case.
