I haven't posted a picture here in a while, and I just rearranged some of my King books so I thought I'd take a picture of the latest paperbacks:

Those Under the Dome copies sure look nice. I'd like to see more publishers do a picture/wraparound spine, since that's what you see 95% of the time.

Where did you get the complete set? It is something I might like to have.

Thanks

Bob, which complete set are you referring to? If you mean the set of five Under the Dome UK paperbacks, according to my records, a total of 100 of these sets were sold by the UK Tesco. They are the only ones that have the cover of the younger boy in red looking up. This set shows up very infrequently on eBay. I own one set, still in the shrinkwrap.

I addition to John's reply, the 5 book set from Tesco contained a set of postcards as well. You can see them in the sealed set at the bottom of the picture.

This was the only way to get these postcards.

I forgot about the postcards,
Dear Mom & Dad, wish you were here. It's not so bad under the Dome, getting a little warm though...

Weren't these the same postcards that were included in the US and UK limited editions, and the US Collector's Edition? (I haven't opened my packages, so I'm not sure.)

John,

The 27 cards in the limited editions were drawings and notes about the major characters. These postcards are different. I think the cards are in the catalog at TDT

Thanks, Eric. I guess I should have opened up the packages. (I still won't open the Tesco ones, though.)

I haven't opened any of the sealed UTDs either. The only reason I have an extra set of postcards and paperbacks is because my first shipment was damaged and even though insurance claims were followed through I guess UPS decided it was too much trouble to pick up the damaged books. Only three of the paperbacks were damaged, luckily not the 1 of 100 one, and the postcards were also intact. I THINK I paid somewhere between $100-$150 for the set, with postage, handling, etc. It might have been cheaper though, I can't really remember.
