You're asking a difficult question. The "main" part of the ARC consists of the Introduction, Screenplay (both by Mick Garris), the Art Gallery by Bernie Wrightson, Photos from the Set and the Director's Notebook, with a total of 176 pages. The flip side of the book (envision the old Ace double paperbacks) has King's story, with 43 pages. There's a blank page separating the two. I had only scanned the Stephen King cover. Absolutely no idea. That information is usually kept very secret by Scribner. In a few months, maybe I can make a wild guess by how many are being offered in the secondary market.
My first UK proof - an absolutely mint 213 page Black House with the promo postcard. The other side is to fill out with a review and get a free copy on publication. Cool! I should also get a Firestarter with the second state jacket this week. I'll post that when I get it since you guys figured that one out for me.
