Now that we can say with confidence that all but a very small handful of orders have been fulfilled, we can make the copies that we held back to cover for those that get dinked or lost in the post available for general sale.
We only have twenty-two copies available, so we will be limiting your orders to just one copy each. All orders will be sent on a fully tracked service that will guarantee delivery well before the Christmas period.
