If you order the CD books from Amazon, chances are very good that you will NOT receive the slipcases that were issued with them.

as you predicted... the riding the bullet book is missing the slipcase. I've wrote to the customer service asking for a) the slipcase or b) the price of the slipcase sold by cd (30USD, c) full refund including shipping back costs. It amazon goes with b) I'll end up paying the book about 30€ incuding s&h against about 100€ if I've bought it from CD including s&h & customs).
