Knowing Darkness
Can anyone explain to me the editions and prices of knowing darkness? There seems to be so many different editions.

Re: Knowing Darkness
I know of two:
A 300-copy numbered edition signed by the artists in a traycase, along with a separate book with just the art. Price including shipping was $820.
A 1500-copy edition of the book in a slipcase. Price including shipping was $210.
Both books are very large and heavy. The signed limited edition is truly massive.
I still have the signed limited in its original shipping box. It's just too big for any of my bookcases.

Cemetery Dance have "dinged" copies of the unsigned, slipcases edition for $99 available. I purchased one and can not see any damage that is supposed to be there.
