Here's a question for the group: What kind of insurance do you have (or do you recommend) to cover your rare/hard to replace SK books?
As I was flipping thru my library the other evening, it occurred to me that while my home policy *might* cover everything in the event of fire/flood/catastrophe, it most likely would not cover oh, say, a small child running amok with a crayon or other such nightmare scenarios.
I have a personal articles policy for watches/jewelry etc, but I'm not sure if it will cover books.
Any thoughts?
Cheers,
-- Craig

Re: Insuring your SK Collection
Hi Craig,
The company that's been recomended to me by Betts is "Collectibles Insurance Agency"
http://www.collectinsure.com/
They've been around for years and insure all sorts of collectibles, including rare books.
