Questions about Pet Sematary Galley

My mom has a Galley copy of Stephen King's Pet Semetary that is signed.
I would like to know any info on it if anyone knows. How rare is it, what it's worth, etc?

It looks like it's the first state of the Pet Semetary proof. These are fairly scarce. I'd price it in the $200-300 range, depending on condition. Yours looks like it's in good + condition, so it would be at the high end of that range. There were fewer than 50 copies of that one done. A second state proof, that was typeset, is much more common.
