Was there a non-signed copy of this edition released or were all of them signed?

To follow up - Copy sold on Liveauctioneers.com for $425.00 - no mention of a signature or number. I know this signature page is in the back. I know there were 1,260 produced (250 with red number / 1000 with black number and 10 artist copies).
Could this auction company not have known? $425 is a heck of a deal if it is signed. My assumption was this was going to go for more than $1200, so I did not pay much attention. I wish I had.

Re: Eyes of the Dragon - Philtrum Press
I haven't ever heard of unsigned copies floating around, and really it would be extra odd that even an unsigned copy wouldn't have a limitation sheet at all, even if it was blank....I would guess this is a poorly setup listing as it's not mentioned one way or another. I certainly would have rolled the dice on it.
