It just Arrived and I am Shipping Back

'It' Art Portfolio arrived yesterday and it was poorly, poorly packed.

The seller seems to be ok and said they will refund funds....But what a waste.

I'll be on the hunt for another.

That is terrible. I too had mine sent poorly packaged and damaged. The seller in my case wouldn’t do anything about it, thankfully eBay saw it differently and I received a full refund.

Paypal has been really helpful in the past when things go south, but I still lose the shipping back to her.
I almost offered her to refund everything but $100. Decided it would bug me too much and use that $ to buy one in better condition.
