The baseball arrived a couple of weeks ago. When we get organized we want to make a Blockade Billy display with SKs baseball card with the signed ball.
There are a couple of cool things, like The Mist ball rains spiders LOL and the glass fang teeth are filled with dirt from where the 1979 filming of Salem's Lot was.
I love those kinds of unique promo items. Unfortunately I'm hesitant pulling the trigger on things like baseballs as I have no good way to know if it's a fake or not.

The Salem's Lot dirt might be fake...only a vamp would know for sure.
But the baseball came with this.
Loving the BB lettered edition I spy in the background. The numbered edition was the first s/l I ever purchased. Not a big fan of the story, but I do love the publication.

Both the numbered and lettered editions are home runs...haha.

Well both are homeruns, the Lettered is more of a grand slam. Thought you might like to see a few pics. The first photo is to show the size compared to the numbered edition.
I do not like any of the Blockade Billy Editions. I have them all. They were way overpriced for what you got.
None of the books are signed by King, not even the lettered. The only King signature is on a crap "baseball card", which is the same on the lettered as the numbered.
For info:
You may not know that there are two different versions of the signed card.
1. Has a "Florida" palm trees background.
2. Has a "stadium" background
Isn't The Regulators signed edition the same in that it was the cheque that was signed and not the book? I think the lettered is cool, and love how they incorporated the art prints as something extra in to it. It sure beats a lot of other lettered editions where the only difference is a letter instead of a number.
In regard to the two different baseball cards, Dan at CD mentioned there are about 25% of them the field version, and think that would be a cool difference to have. I bet a lot of people who have it don't even realise it is a rarer version...
