Contraband #1 (October, 1971) front:

Back:

Quite a nice list of contributors, including Stephen (spelled Stephan) King, Michael Alpert and Burton Hatlen. King has two poems in this issue, one untitled that starts "She has gone to sleep" and the other entitled "Woman with Child".

Re: Showcase your SK collectibles!
I posted these latest aquisitions on TD.org, but thought I'd share them here as well...
UK UTD S/L: Purchased a fine copy, but it got slightly damaged in the post. Bugger.

Picked up SOD Vol 1 at issue price!

I love this gift edition of Talisman/Blackhouse

Lonely Road Books did a great job with Riding the Bullet

And it turns out this old book of mine is quite rare!

Awsome additions, did you get a bundle deal or were these one at a time?

Re: Showcase your SK collectibles!
Thanks guys. All picked up at different times.
The seller is trying the insurance that was included in the shipping cost for UTD, to see if there is a chance for a partial refund. I got a good price to start with (issue price, that's good isn't it?), and so am happy to keep it regardless.
Also, I hope to have something special to post in the near future. I've contacted a local carpenter to see about a slipcase for my DT 1st collection. I've discussed something along the lines of what Dolso puts together (although I doubt I'll be getting anything as awesome as what he does), to see what could be done for all 7 books together. Will post some pics if anything eventuates...
