Has anyone ever seen one of these? My wife picked it up at an estate sale. Just curious.....

No I haven't seen that set before. It's nice the ISBN is clearly visible, I plugged it into a few sites without any real information that you wouldn't have already. A gift set of 4 paperbacks, the set may have been released in 1985 or 1987. It's unlikely that it would contain first printings of each paperback. This was the only site that turned up any sale pricing.

Thanks, Tomas - they are not first editions (all over the place with Thinner being an 11th and Carrie being a 30th as example) and I did find a similar site by searching the ISBN - but nothing definitive.- that Pet Semetary cover is not the cover on this set, the reason I was confused. Thinner, Carrie, and Night Shift are unread - so, for $3, I suppose one cannot go wrong…

Yeah I would guess NAL grabbed whatever extras they had around, put them together in a slipcase/set and put them out to drum up a few more sales. I think the slipcase makes it quite a neat item and you probably couldn't go wrong at 5x the price :)
