I found two references to this - goodreads thinks it was published in 2003. I found a second reference that it was published in 2011.

is it real ?

Maybe I'll get surprised by someone here.....but I don't think this is real.

The cover looks like it was partially taken from the Cemetery Dance Secretary of Dreams (which came out in 2006, 3 years after this supposed publication date), there's no publisher info, the links from goodreads to Amazon don't work and the few reviews have no details.

It is a collection of these stories. It used to be called "The Collective". I thought all King fans already had it. It circulates as a pdf file and has been around for many years. Don't pay for it. Ask around and someone will send it to you. Not me, as that would be illegal.
