Forgot to reply here, my info from them is a bit different:

1,000 copies.

Another reader forwarded me the response they got and were told the unsigned was also 110 copies, but I was able to quickly prove that wrong by loading up the shopping cart back on the 30th and there were 373 copies still available to order.

Now....373 is a fair bit under 500....so I now I can't say for sure which one is correct 1,000 or 500.

I have seen 1,000 also noted in some facebook groups, before I put my info page up, and that aligns with what i'm seeing so I'm going to leave it at 1,000 for now. But with 3 emails and 3 different quantiy replies, maybe if folks can seperatly send their own emails (support@specialeditionbooks.co.uk) we can eventually get enough replies with the same number that we'll be able to figure out which is correct.

Funny, this is exactly the same person that replied to me but she reached out to her contact within H&S. I'll email you that reply, it will be from another email address though—I have multiple, each for a different reason.
