I'd say both.... one was delivered to Barn's and Noble on release day the others went to all other books stores on release day.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Out of curiosity, which one is considered the "first state" dust jacket?

Thanks John, I was able to find pics of both variant backs and have updated the guide to note two states of the DJ for Revival.

Suggestion for the "Identifying 1st US Editions" page

Hi.

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I thought I'd offer a suggestion for the "Identifying 1st US Editions" page.

I noticed notations are made in the "First edition identifiers" column when there is more than one state of the dust jacket. (For example: 'Salem's Lot, Pet Sematary, The Tommyknockers, Insomnia, etc.)

Perhaps a similar notation should be made for Revival. There are two states of the dust jacket--on the back cover of the jacket, one state mentions "the bookstore" and the other mentions "Barnes & Noble."

Just an FYI / suggestion.

Thanks!
John
