Lighthouse Magazine King issues

Post by Navius »

I'm having a hard time finding info on these.

I have issues IV and V of the "Burning Tower Special Editions" and am curious if there was one made of issue VI.

Also, what exactly were the Burning Tower editions?

Any help would be appreciated!

No idea before today, but I found the following:

An announcement post from 2002 about the launch of the magazine
https://www.abctales.com/forum/mon-2002 ... e-magazine

A few current eBay listings (the one with all three magazines for $80 seems to be the cheapest of them)
https://ebay.us/16kM7w

An entry on ISFDB about the 3rd SK issue, says it's limited to 300 copies. I bet if you dig in there they'll have similar info on the other two issues.
https://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/pl.cgi?435669

Best I can do in 5 minutes. Maybe someone else here has more info than that about it.

Appreciate the information, I guess it's time to try tracking down the people involved!

It's wild that there seems to be so little online about the mag, it's full of such cool content!
