From what I was able to find, King's contribution to this book is an appreciative section/review about the author - but I download the Kindle version and only saw a section like this by Peter Straub in the Afterword. (If anyone can be more specific about what exactly is in this blurb, or knows the issue price of either of the signed editions please drop me an email)
