A collection of Joe Hill novellas including the story Full Throttle, which was a collaboration with Stephen King. Buyers of the lettered edition were pleasantly surprised to receive the book with an unannounced signature page signed by Stephen King. This was a closely held secret that was a bonus to Subterranean Press advance buyers.

NOTE: The Sub Press website shows a price of $3,000 but going back to dt.org forum chatter around that time, it looks like the original list price was $1,500 so I'm going with that. If anyone has different information that supports the higher 3k issue price (or a page count for the book), email me and I'll update the info..
