I have seen the occasional regular trade edition that is signed on the title page by John Skipp & Craig Spector but it's certainly not all of them. My guess is there was some time close to release you could get your trade copy signed if ordered direct from the publisher. Also I've seen some PC copies of the limited edition without the slipcase while also seeing some trade edition copies with a slipcase. I'm also speculating that there were some extra slipcases laying around that were eventualy sold to customers but if anyone has some clarification or just more information about this book please email me and i'll update the page.
