• Gift Edition with unknown number of copies. Listed as a "Special Limited Edition" it states right on the slipcase that the copy contains a facsimile Stephen King singature. $75 - $95
  

By 1994 H&S had already released two books with facsimile SK signatures and called them "Gift Editions". I'm not sure why they decided to use the term "Special Limited Edition" instead of "gift".... If anyone knows the answer please e-mail me.
