- Lettered edition with matching traycase was issued, only 52 copies were made available. Lettered A - ZZ and signed by Stephen King. The original price for this was $1,500. Current price is $2,250 - $2,500
- Limited edition with matching traycase was issued in a print-run of 750 signed and numbered copies. These copies were signed by Stephen King and sold out on pre-order within 24 hours. Original price was $250. A much smaller print run then some of the Dark Tower books, but less popular as well. $500 - $650
- The gift edition of 1,750 copies is unsigned, issued with a slipcase. The gift edition has become somewhat difficult to find, and is going for over double the original issue price of $75. $160 - $200
