• Limited edition with matching traycase was issued in September with a print-run of 1,500 signed and numbered copies. These copies are signed by Stephen King, Peter Straub and Rick Berry. $350-$425
  
  
• The gift edition of 3,500 copies is is unsigned by King but is signed by coauthor Peter Straub and artist Rick Berry and includes many full color illustrations thru out the book. This edition is housed in a black slipcase with illustrated dust jackets for each book . This edition is now officially out of print; however there are enough copies floating around that you can still get it for the cover price. Cover price $150

In case you're wondering, there is no lettered edition of Black House, just the limited and gift edition.
