Slipcase Question

First time poster, been using the great information on this site for over a year now ...

I recently ran across a copy of "Revival", published by Scribner, but in a slipcase that had the Cemetery Dance logo on its spine. Shouldn't the edition of the book be published by Cemetery Dance if it's in one of their slipcases?

An employee at the bookstore said that CD sometimes just makes slipcases and, therefore, other editions might be in them, but that didn't sound right to me.
