RIDING THE BULLET 1st appeared as an E-BOOK on March 14 2000 but would not turn up on a printed page in the U.S. until 2002 in EVERYTHING'S EVENTUAL But that was not the 1st time it showed up in book form.Back in 2000 it was printed in ITALY as a paperback along with a CD ROM housed in a DVD case.
THE DVD CASE. ESCLUSIVA MONDIALE translates WORLD EXCLUSIVE.

As stated above RIDING THE BULLET was 1st published in ITALY in book form in 2000 & later in 3 Japanese hardcover editions.

Very cool, were you able to get that CD signed, or is that a graphic on all the CD's?

It is printed on the disc.

Excellent post Bruce.

I absolutely love foreign editions. I don't collect them though. What I do like to do is when I see a foreign copy is play a game with myself. I try not to look at any of the sellers wording, and see if I can guess the King story by looking at the book cover. Some are very obvious, but others can be a tad strange when you find out what the story really is.

Anyway, I will stop rambling. Love the Japanese covers, thanks for sharing.
