I stumbled onto a channel "reserved Investments" in my youtube feed a few months ago. This guy has a lot of videos around the economics of collectibles. Recently he was doing a Q&A and the question of First Edition Books came up. He mentions SK editions around the 16 minute mark (sadly no commentary on limited editions)
