I had some time and was comparing your list to the list of anthologies that are listed on stephenking.com ...

Just FYI, but I saw at least one you didn't list ("Zombies! Zombies! Zombies!") where the true first printing was a magazine (or softcover) and not a hardcover.

“999” is not on the list either. I love anthologies, but they do start to take up a lot of space.
