Posting an ISO request in the hopes of finding at least one of these. Here goes:

1) CD tray case for the S/L Under the Dome
2) A Fine Doubleday 1st edition dust jacket for The Stand
3) Charlie the Choo Choo #307

And just for good measure

4) S/L Gunslinger #307

You might keep an eye on CD's eBay site ... they currently have a number of slipcases and traycases (not Under the Dome right now, unfortunately) up for sale on there.
