ISO Misery Paperweight & Lettered Gunslinger Slipcase

I realize that these are both real longshots but am hoping someone can help. I would love to find Suntup Misery paperweight #174 but would be happy with any #. Also, looking for one of the slipcases that came with the Lettered/Numbered Grant Gunslingers. Please let me know if you can help.
