1st Edition Firestarter - wrong address???

Hi,
I found what I thought was a 1st edition Firestarter at my local 2nd & Charles. The differences are 1) no price on the inside jacket and 2) the Viking Press address is 40 West 23rd Street. Any help would be appreciated. I only paid $14.95, so no biggie if it's not the real deal.
