I found two references to this - goodreads thinks it was published in 2003. I found a second reference that it was published in 2011.

is it real ?

Maybe I'll get surprised by someone here.....but I don't think this is real.

The cover looks like it was partially taken from the Cemetery Dance Secretary of Dreams (which came out in 2006, 3 years after this supposed publication date), there's no publisher info, the links from goodreads to Amazon don't work and the few reviews have no details.

You also won't find this as a title on SK's bibliography page https://stephenking.com/works/index.html

I bet it's signed too. :D

The story "The Blue Air Compressor" has a Wikipedia page that cites a bibliography by Bev Vincent.

It is a collection of these stories. It used to be called "The Collective". I thought all King fans already had it. It circulates as a pdf file and has been around for many years. Don't pay for it. Ask around and someone will send it to you. Not me, as that would be illegal. 😉
