Can anyone identify this UK Thinner with case?

Had someone email me asking about a UK paperback of Thinner. I asked for some pics, the thing I haven't seen before is this case that comes with the book. Anyone know what we're looking at?

That is a U.K. booksellers promo item. The bottom image shows a sliding door cardboard case that when opened holds an advance reading copy of THINNER (middle image) The price & bar-code are blank. When the book is removed there is a message that reads (in black) "Thank you for making PET SEMATARY a No 1 Paperback Bestseller- (in red) be lucky with THINNER" Stephen King ......and a photo of KING.
Inside book
NEL Open Market Edition 1985.
I would say this item is rare.

If you look you will find that I had already listed this item in the EVERYTHING ELSE FORM under U.K. PAPERBACK THINNER PROMO with photos.
