Duma key with blue slipcase

I can’t seem to find any information on this book with a slipcase. Anyone have any ideas? I inherited it from my uncle and have no idea what to sell it for!?

It is completely blue with Stephen King and Duma key in silver... thank you so much I appreciate your help!
