Guide to us first editions

So I just got my copy of a guide to king first editions. First off I just want to say it turned out great and looks fantastic. There was one question I had. For the Joyland listing it has the cover price listed at $30. Is this another edition or am I missing something. I thought the Joyland cover price was $12.95 for first editions.
