Hello Guys & Gals,

I have pretty much been out of the active collecting game for over 15 years but recently have been going through my collection. I have a copy of "The Plant" that is bound in black leather. It has parts I-VI. The title page shows Philtrum Press, Bangor, Maine, 2000. It is not signed or numbered. I sincerely cannot recall any details about this book, nor can I find any mention of it by searching online, checking Ebay, or ABE Books.

Anybody have any knowledge regarding this edition?

Thanks in Advance!

Back in the day the public was given rights to print The Plant for free. Many collectors had their copy bound into book form.

What you're describing sounds like a personal bound copy.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Ralph! Hey, LONG Time no talk to! Nice to still see a familiar name.

Well, no telling what it may be worth. I may just throw it on EBAY and see what happens.

Jason.

Years ago I printed off a dozen copies of the plant from the pdf files at my work. I also bound them at work with presentation materials which were lying around. Cost me nothing and I made a few bucks on ebay for a few minutes work.

I think that was the best thing about working there!
