Hi,
I have, as I believe to be a first edition. All aspects of the book match to being a first edition however, the dust jacket price is $20.95. The back of the jacket has the ISBN 0-670-22026-4 but this ISBN number is not on the inside front of the jacket by the price. I know that it could have been replaced with a later print jacket but I feel that this may not be the case. Is it possible that this is a Canadian price and jacket ? I would appreciate any insight.

Thanks for the question, Unfortunately I'm not up on many Canadian printings, since the US 1st's are what's typically collected. I did a little digging around, and Canadian Poshmark listing that also has a $20.95 on the DJ and the seller states it's a CA 1st edition.

Maybe someone else will chime in here on it's specifics but I would say regardless if it is a CA 1st or just a later printing it's value is going to be below a US 1st with the $16.95 DJ.
EDIT. Just reached out to a collector I know in Canada to see if they know anything specific, I'll report back if I hear anything definitive.
EDIT Part 2 - I heard back and the collector believes that yes this is likely a 1st Canadian edition (also agrees it's value is much less than a 1st US edition)

attach some photos of that DJ and it's price printed on it. While sometimes jackets get switched with books, too - and other countries have their various printings, too...considering the value of the American 1st, IF yours is a 1st Canadian...then it is probably close to the same value. Also note, being a dark jacket, these get flawed easily - so you need that jacket to be pristine.
attached is my USA 1st jacket and 1st book -
