Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows what the Artist/Lettered edition of the Stand by Cemetery Dance looks like? Is there a landing page to know more about the details of it. I know the regular special edition does but does Artist/Lettered have one?

We don't know as it hasn't been released yet. (This applies to both the limited and lettered edition). There's just the description on CD's website. I've added all that I know to be available on the main info page for the book, and will add at least an image of the limited edition once it's released - more if there's more info to put there.. https://www.stephenkingcollector.com/li ... andCD.html

Lettered Edition of 52 copies signed by the artist. Printed in two colors; bound in two different materials in a hand-made three piece binding featuring spine hubs, gilded page edges, two color hot foil stamping, and full color illustrated endpapers; featuring a different full-color signature sheet signed by the artists and featuring artwork by Glenn Chadbourne; and housed in a unique "three piece" traycase. Issue price $1,500 Current price $1,500-$1,800 (EST as this edition has not been shipped yet)

Limited Edition of 1,250 copies signed by the artist printed in two colors ; bound with a different binding, two color hot foil stamping, and full color illustrated endpapers; a full-color signature sheet signed by the artists and featuring artwork by Glenn Chadbourne and housed in a traycase. Issue price $375. $450 - $600 (EST as this edition as not been shipped yet, expected this summer)

It's possible they've released a teaser image or two somewhere but if so I haven't come across it.

Thanks for the reply.

I find it interesting that Cemetery dance is emailing to Paypal purchase the editions already. Like today I got an email from them saying you can buy the lettered and artist as they're available to purchase. Even though none of them are released nor printed.

Example:
For STEPHEN KING COLLECTOR'S:

THE STAND, Stephen King, signed by artists, traycased Artist edition -- $375
THE STAND, Stephen King, signed by artists, traycased Lettered edition -- $1,500

Preorders are very common for SK books. However CD usually has the largest preorder window (the time between being able to order and release) of any of the SK publishing houses. For this specific book, since they've been delivering the artist editions I think they may actually ship out the other editions in less than a year.

got my Stand traycased artist edition number this week...very beautiful...but you probably already know...I ordered mine almost a decade ago. In fact since I have a reserved number for traycased numbered limiteds with CD (signed by King or not), I paid them long ago for that entire Doubleday set. They are beautiful books and while some of my others (like the IT signed by king traycased numbered...and others) have some nice appreciation value...I still get them from CD as I continue to age...because they really are BEAUTIFUL printings....

Hey Steve, been a while, welcome back! Glad you got your copy, I'm still waiting for mine although I've seen number of folks posting on FB that they've gotten theirs. Hopefully it'll roll in shortly :)

Hi everyone, this is a bit of a long shot but I have a big ask.
I like many others ordered The Stand Artists edition from the Doubleday collection. Unfortunately Cemetery Dance have messed up the order and sent me the wrong copy. All of my books are copy number 298 and they have sent me 338. My question is, does anyone have copy 298 and are willing to do a swap?
Cheers
