Gunslinger S/L "PC" Copies: Who Has Them?

A total of 13 "PC" (Publisher's Copy) Gunslinger S/Ls exist. As of now, only a handful (5) are formally documented. Anyone have a lead as to whom may own the other 8 copies?

Yeah, it's a bit of a goose chase at this point. Don't know a single collector who doesn't already have one that isn't already a part of a complete PC set. The search continues!
