Hi. I own a mint copy of DT II HC.
Inside cover says 1st Edition $35, Deluxe Ed $100.
Does this mean it is Deluxe? I remember paying maybe $75 when it was released in 1987.
Signed by illustrator - Is this on a separate card or in book? TIA

It sounds like you have the first edition release signed by illustrator Phil Hale. The Deluxe comes in a grey slipcase and is numbered and signed by King and Hale.
