WELCOME LENNY!
Here is a little something you may want to add to your collection as they tie-in two things you seem to like.
There are two 1st editions.
1. GRANDE ILLUSIONS JAN 1983 with nothing about the Stephen King introduction on the cover. $12.95 cover price'

2. BIZARRO! 1983 with Kings name on the cover with a $9.95 cover price.

The strange part is the BIZARRO! book states Previously published as Grande Illusions 1983 & is $3 cheaper then the true 1st.

Actually, yes CHEROKEEBRUCE, I have been looking for a first and good condition "Grande Illusions I & II". I know I've seen the "Bizarro" through the years. Now my interest is piqued. :-? Are you selling them?

I'm a huge theatre nerd. Unfortunately, I don't have anything from the original broadway production. Except bootlegs. I've always been close to getting something. A playbill (in color or b/w), a program and a poster, but alas not... yet! Yes, I think early on a lot of shows did that, the opening night was the only color playbill whilst the rest were b/w. Or, something to that effect.
The closest I have in my collection are:
